REBOOT - "Return to Life" Program
One Step at a Time, First Things First
•The Reboot Program
Our Program designed to help overcome the challenges of re-entering the workforce with a career path.
•Fact: 25% of the American Public have an arrest record (this is more than the number of American’s that possess a college degree)
•Fact: 20% of the people incarcerated are there due to minor offenses, such as probation violations, non-violent or drug related felonies.
The Reboot “Return to Life” Program works collaboratively with temporary labor companies, insurance carriers and employers to look past the criminal background. By making sure each candidate gets fully bonded and insured, Our Reboot Program offers candidates the opportunity to select a viable career path, from our list of qualified companies. They will then perform 20 hours per week “on the job training” while working towards any licensing or certifications that would be required to continue in that profession.
